Good practice Invitro Studio as the controller of personal data, determines the purposes and means by which your personal data is processed, including all applicable security measures. We guarantee that your personal data is processed in Portugal in a correct and lawful manner and in accordance with good practice. 2.3. Strict need In the processing of data that can identify you personally, directly or indirectly, we apply the principle of strict necessity. For this reason, the use of your personal data will always be minimal, so as not to exceed the original purpose for which it was collected and/or processed.

3. WHO PROCESSES YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is collected and processed by Invitro Studio only for purposes strictly linked to the use of this website and stores, the services associated with it and the sale of products, direct marketing and customer support management. 3.2. Invitro Studio always seeks to maintain the relationship with its customer and provide you with the relevant benefits, information and content related to our brand. Your data will only be processed for these particular, explicit and legitimate purposes and will not subsequently be processed in a manner incompatible with them. You can also do this by going to any Invitro Studio store and in your customer area in the online store. 4.2. If you wish to stop receiving communications through Newsletters/SMS marketing or any other means of direct marketing, you may at any time exercise your right to opposed the processing of your personal data. You can also terminate direct marketing consent through the customer area in the online store.

5. SAFETY

5.1. Invitro Studio uses the appropriate security measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access, and against any other form of unlawful processing. In addition, we are in contract to require external trusted entities dealing with your personal data for us to do the same. 5.2. However, Invitro Studio cannot guarantee that the security measures taken for the protection of this website and for the transmission of data and information through this website prevent or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or loss of data. Therefore, we advise that your computer is equipped with software devices that protect you from transmitting and receiving data (such as up-to-date antivirus systems), and that your browser take appropriate measures to ensure security in data transmission (such as firewall and anti-spam filters). 

6. DATA RETENTION

6.1. Your data are kept by Invitro Studio for the purposes described herein for the time necessary for the purposes mentioned, unless the personal data in question are necessary to prove compliance with obligations, until the limitation period of the respective rights, or if there is a longer period of retention of data imposed by law. 6.2. Once your personal data is no longer needed, it will be removed from our systems and records or kept anonymously so that it cannot be identified from them.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

1.I am not 100% satisfied with the purchased product. How should it proceed?

We will only accept the exchange or return of items that are in the same state in which they were shipped, containing the original packaging and any accessories (if applicable). The presentation of the electronic invoice/ invoice online receipt or gift receipt (where applicable) is indispensable for exchange or return. Once the item is sent to our address, we will review it and inform the customer of the right to refund. Exchanges or returns of products with signs of use or misuse as well as products customized by the customer will not be accepted. As a rule the refund is made through the same payment method used in the initial purchase but can be made by bank transfer, and in this case is requested the respective IBAN. The costs incurred in sending the item(s) to our address for exchange or return purposes will be borne by the customer.

2.How is the refund process?

Upon receipt of the returned item, Invitro Studio will review it and if the products comply with the established conditions, the customer will be informed of the right to refund. As a general rule, Invitro Studio reimburses within 1 to 7 working days. The refund will be made according to the means of payment chosen by the customer in their online purchase or, alternatively, by bank transfer - the customer will be asked to mention the IBAN by e-mail.
